The RCSA sets the benchmark for the profession's standards through representation, education, research and business advisory support so the sector may concentrate on its core business. All members of the RCSA agree to abide by the ACCC-authorised Code for Professional Conduct.

Metro has received ISO 9001:2008 Certification with Standards Australia. To achieve this Metro’s processes and internal systems were audited with positive feedback. This certification gives our clients further confidence in our ability to provide quality staff and maintain accurate record keeping.
We offer a 24 hour on call service manned on a rotational basis by our operations team – the same people who deal with job placements during business hours.
